You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Semangat33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party due to your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Semangat33 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, particularly prior to processing large withdrawals. Required documents may include your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statements, or other documents that verify your identity and address.
All financial transactions on the Semangat33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Semangat33 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

The minimum deposit is RM 10 and will be credited to your account within three (3) minutes of a successful payment. There is no maximum daily deposit limit; however, Semangat33 reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding a certain amount.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. Withdrawals will be processed within 15 to 30 minutes once the request is approved. No fees are charged for withdrawals; however, the receiving bank or payment platform may apply their own charges. Semangat33 reserves the right to request additional KYC verification before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 within a 24-hour period.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy: Semangat33 adheres to a strict anti-money laundering policy. Withdrawals must be made to the same account or wallet used for the original deposit. You are not permitted to deposit via one method and withdraw via a different method unless specifically approved by the Semangat33 team.
All bonuses and promotions offered by Semangat33 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The specific terms for each promotion should be read together with these general terms.
The Semangat33 Welcome Bonus is exclusively for new members and may only be claimed once. Each player is entitled to choose one bonus package only — either a sports bonus of up to RM 300 (rollover ×5) or a casino/slot bonus of up to RM 500 (rollover ×20). Semangat33 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each betting market. These limits may vary depending on the match type, time of bet placement, and market conditions. Current limits are displayed within the platform when placing a bet.
If a match is postponed or cancelled before it begins, all bets on that match will be voided and the staked amount will be fully refunded to your account. If a match starts but cannot be completed within the designated timeframe, the cancellation policy specific to that sport will apply.
